Major side effects of Being Fit

Like almost everyone speaks of the "bad" side effects that occur when you use another way to lose weight (trying not to starve themselves to exercise properly, popping pills) to lose weight, I want to focus on the positive effects are felt when you decide to change your life the right way.

We must immediately make a list of "side effects" is not always an exercise program of fitness and a healthy eating plan against an amendment to a new, largerYes ...

Not in health / fitness program, "side effects":

- Weight gain

- A lot of muscle (if you're already in the first place)

- Add fat

-) Decreased stamina (not all around you

- Increasing the rate of illness (colds, flu, etc.)

- Increase the number of cancer cases

- Frequently tired

- Depression

- Self-esteem Reduced

Now we want to be a list of some side effects if you take a healthy positive change in your life:

- MoreEnergy

- Trust

- Increased self-esteem

- Muscle

- Less fat

- A general feeling of happiness

- Feeling of all that you want to win (and you!)

- Lost Weight

It 'pretty easy to pick one, right?

And this is just the beginning, people.

Believe me, there are many more side effects) (both positive and negative, if this election all the more important.

And I have not even touched on the reasonsYour friends and family, and how this affects significantly also.

That for another time.

Well, everything depends on it ....

Prefer to choose the easy way out and lay on the couch, eating candy to do it (even the more?).

Prefer to decide now that you've had enough of design and a plan of action for you where are you now ......

I mean, who wants (if you spend more than) all your free time in doctors' and hospital room?

What type of pensionit?

Well, if you start now, take care of (no matter what your age )........

They have a very high probability, all of your money to doctors.

What fun is that?

Not much.

Equally good can wave your apartment, your travels abroad, the new car, and your new boat .....

Are too busy to pay medical expenses.

All because you are not to Chris C. 's advice, lol.

I would say I told youso ........

But it is likely to see hear too many negative "side effects" too ........

Since I know that better than that, we start today and not go back!

Do not wait until it's too late!
